Products will be delivered within 2 – 7 working days after successful receipt of payment.

Products will be delivered to outlying areas within 7 – 10 working days after successful receipt of payment.

Orders under the value of R1500-00 are subject to R99-00 delivery fee. Free delivery for orders over R1500-00. Shipping fees are not refundable. If a delivery address is situated within an outlaying area the delivery cost may vary.

Should you wish to return any item/s purchased on our website, you may do so for a refund, credit or exchange. The goods will only be accepted if returned within 5 days of receipt by the purchaser. The goods must be in their original condition unworn and with labelling and swing tags intact. Sale products are not eligible for return or exchange, therefore no refunds will be processed for these products unless the product is broken/damaged/faulty/incorrect.

Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Refunds take 1- 5 working days, after receipt of goods by Nicci, to process. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account. Refunds are not permitted for in store purchases, customers are welcome to an exchange or store credit if items are returned within 7 days.

At this stage we only ship around South Africa. We can suggest having your order sent to someone you know within South Africa and they can ship it onto you. We are looking into implementing international shipping in the near future.
